Earning the Trust of Joseph and Elizabeth

Thank you Onkar for the smooth transaction that you promised since day 1. It was an interesting journey during the last 9 months that we can finally share with out family and friends. Your calm and transparent demeanor helped made communicating with you so easy.

Most businesses are usually only "business oriented" but you had more connection, more "care" in what you do than just business. This drew us to trust you. You were dealing with 2 families but yet you made us feel like we had your undivided attention. My husband does not easily warm up to people, let alone trust people which I am sure you sensed the first day we met. You were able to gain his trust which really say's a lot.

After a few meetings with you I felt we established a rapport. I felt as though you had everything under control and I didn't have to worry much. That meant a lot and eased some of my anxiety. In this day and age, it is very difficult to trust people but trusting you came easy.
